Our cycling tour guides speak fluent English and are always accompanied by qualified professional mechanics who will take care of day-to-day bike maintenance and problems on the spot.
5) Round-the-clock support vehicle
Our support van transports maintenance and repair equipment, luggage, mobile first aid, and assistance with tired cyclists and non-cyclists. The van also carried all souvenirs and other items you buy throughout the tour.
6) Wilderness first aid-certified
We have crews certified in wilderness first aid who can provide emergency care, including CPR, relief of airway obstruction caused by foreign objects, and use of an AED.
7) High-quality rental bikes
All tours include one well-maintained, high-quality road bike per person. E-bikes are also available for an additional fee. Cross bikes can be arranged on request for free.
8) Traditional ryokan and modern Western accommodations
We use excellent accommodations, including the traditional ryokan with hot-spring baths, city hotels with laundry service, and resort hotels.
9) Commemorative photos and video by a skilled photographer
We take pictures and videos of all tour participants on the route and give each participant complimentary photos and videos after the tour.
